my BLUE BERRY FLOAT





During the past few weeks I had a craving for blueberry cake. Fortunately we still have a can of blueberry filling which my sister from abroad brought when she came home.  I surfed some internet sites to look for blueberry cake recipes. The cream cheese is quite expensive so I decided to make a cheaper way to make a blueberry dessert. Just like making a mango float.



So here's my recipe its easy and yummy :))

Ingredients:   Blueberry          
                    Grahams biscuit
                    All purpose cream          







1.  Crush the grahams . You can use a food processor or by beating it in mortar. ( also available in store precrushed grahams)


2.Place first the crushed biscuit  in the container ,followed by the cream then the blueberry




3. Repeat step 2 until you have reached the top of the container creating a layer.





4.After creating the layer chill it first before serving.


makes 5-6 servings :)
